In no particular order since my last post "Nasty Girls" 10:48 MU transitions for MU Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1 leading reps unknown 165# PR 175# jerk fail, but cleaned it several times and that was my latest clean PR I wasn't pulling myself under the bar in the jerk. "Annie" 9:28 perhaps my worst Double unders to date. Was FLYING in my situps though 3 Rounds for time 500m Row 21 Burpees 400m run 19:38 Wow surprised myself on that one. Runs could have been faster. "Diane"ish 12-9-6 Deadlift Hand Stand Push Ups 6:50 1 abmat 155#DL 3 rounds for time 4 Handstand Push ups 5 squat cleans 6 Chest to Bar pullups 7 KB swings had to do each movement unbroken or had to start that movement count over 5:21 ...
