3 on 1 off? More like 1 on 3 off :S

090816 21-15-9 Deadlift 165# Pullup Box Jum 12:24 I had a hard time pushing in this, I was extremely frustrated by the dl and pull ups. the only grip i like on the pullups was tearing the crap out of my hands. I can hold on another way but could only do one at a time. I was unpleasant to be around after this one. Saw District 9 last night, that was interesting. I wish I had gone to an earlier showing so I could keep focus, but it was good. I liked that it wasn't in the US, its hard to explain but worth a night out. Need to get a grasp on my diet, its all over from one meal on the zone to a day so not on the zone. My brother and his wife were visiting, her first trip to MT! So we did the ultimate tourist thing, water rafting! I hadn't done this before, it was so much fun!!!
